From our head office and manufacturing centre in Basingstoke we
offer a wealth of information and trouble-shooting expertise covering
all aspects of product selection, operation and maintenance.
Service, Repair and Recalibration
Any equipment requiring servicing, repair or calibration should be returned
to Basingstoke. Equipment for assessment
should be accompanied with paperwork detailing the customer's name, contact
address, telephone and fax numbers. Details of the fault or service requirement
and date of purchase should also be included. Work will not be carried
out without the consent of the customer.
Spare Parts.
Spare parts lists and build schematics are available for the majority of the electrical equipment that we supply.
