AC Pro F-Gas Labels

NEW - AC Pro F-Gas Labels

With F-Gas laws now in effect, Advanced Engineering are committed to making compliance as simple as possible for ACR engineers. With this in mind Advanced Engineering have developed new AC Pro F-Gas labels.

Supplied in packs of 60, the labels allow technicians to comply with recent legislation on stationary ACR and heat pump equipment - Specifically the aspects of F-Gas regarding refrigerant tracking and leak checking.

The first label in the pack shows the leak check history for the particular piece of refrigeration equipment. The other label provides users the space to display the type and amount of refrigerant contained within the system.

The F-Gas labels are weather proof and supplied with a free marker pen.

Guardian

A new product - and a whole new way of thinking about coil cleaning.

Most industry experts agree on the importance of cleaning air conditioning coils; it's an essential part of maintenance. But how long that cleanliness lasts - and the job facing the engineer at the next service visit - varies hugely according to the occupants of the building and the cleaning protocol followed.

In particularly grimy or germ-laden conditions, it's not uncommon to come back to an unpleasant job and complaints about foul smells from the system.

To overcome this problem from occurring between service visits, Advanced Engineering have developed Guardian : a spray-on protective layer that prevents mould or bacteria re-growing on air conditioning and refrigeration coils for up to six months.

Guardian adds a brief, third element to the standard coil cleaning procedure. In short, the mantra should be: "Clean - Kill - Protect":

  • Clean the coil chemically,
  • Kill any germs with a good disinfectant, and
  • Protect the coil until the next visit.

Protecting the system takes just a few minutes - and could make all the difference to air quality, hygiene and future maintenance work.
