RTU

Sometimes life is complicated enough without having additional fuss. That is why all of the RTU range come in a ready to use trigger spray bottle making them quick and simple to use.

For smaller jobs, RTU also takes the headache out of allocating coil cleaners. Each Engineer simply takes the relevant number of RTU bottles to clean the coils on site, instead of trying to take a fifth of a bottle of concentrate.

Also, all of the products in the RTU range aren’t hazardous, so as long as the relevant precautions are taken, they can be used virtually anywhere.

The RTU Range includes Evaporator Cleaner and Disinfectant, Condenser Cleaner and Bubble up Leak Detector.

PyroCool

PyroCool is a flame retardant gel which is simply sprayed onto the area which requires protection. Once applied, PyroCool will reduce heat transfer during soldering, brazing and welding, protecting materials from being scorched, existing joints loosened and sensitive components damaged. For extra reassurance, PyroCool has a non-toxic formulation that can be wiped off once the job has been finished.

PyroCool is now available in a 250ml size, which is not only economical, but also small enough to keep in your toolbox. The 250ml PyroCool size is ideal for those repairs you just weren’t expecting.

EndoFlush

Proven, Effective And Reliable.

A compressor burn-out can result in contaminants: sludge, acids, carbon residues and moisture. These contaminants must be completely removed from the system, before it is restarted in order to prevent further problems. This means the entire system must be flushed.

Systems also need to be flushed prior to retrofitting, to remove any incompatible oil and ensure that the system is free of contaminants.

R11 used to be the engineer's choice for flushing systems. However, even this wasn't ideal as it still left a large amount of debris in the system, which simply couldn't be removed by R11 when pulled out as a vapour. R11 is now recognised as a major ozone depleter and consequently cannot be used.

EndoFlush has been developed by Advanced Engineering to solve all of the problems posed by system burn-outs and retrofitting. The low viscosity formulation of EndoFlush allows it to be circulated freely around a system with a flushing pump and removed with Nitrogen. On contact, EndoFlush will break down carbon, tar, oil and sludge deposits flushing them out of the system. Internal coils are left clean and ready for recommissioning.
